Natural sunlight permeates the room from our large third story windows, creating an atmosphere for success.  We also employ a full complement of therapeutic exercise techniques, utilizing elastic, hydraulic, mechanical, gravitational or weighted resistance.

     

We truly believe in practicing what we preach, and you will find that all of our therapists, trainers and assistants are healthy and balanced individuals.  This allows us to teach techniques from experience. 

We also have several private treatment areas where evaluations are performed, and modalities & manual therapy techniques are employed.  The therapists’ choice of modalities for your treatment may include cryotherapy, hydrocollator moist heat application, electrical stimulation for reduction of pain/swelling or facilitation of movement, ultrasound and/or intermittent compression. 

Additionally, our therapists are well trained in manual therapy techniques including but not limited to soft-tissue mobilization, massage, myofascial release, traction, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, taping/bracing, joint mobilization and manipulative techniques.
